A few last versions of Scalepack had an error that affected a completeness of the data. The error surfaced only at certain combination of the computer set-up with particular version of system libraries. For this reason, the error could not be identified by testing the program on computers used by the developers.
The error appeared after Scalepack version 1.97.8 and has been fixed in version 1.98.5. There is no need to re-run Denzo, and in most cases there is little gain from re-running Scalepack.
