Jan 22, 2002 Automatic password system. We now have a new on-line automatic password system. A current password to our ftp server hkl.hkl-xray.com can be obtained in two ways: on-line or by e-mail.

Oct 15, 2001 The most recent version of the HKL package -1.97, has been officially announced. It supports several new detector formats: ADSCQuantum-210, MSC-Rigaku Raxis-III and Raxis-V.

Apr 27, 2001 The most recent version of the HKL package (1.96.9) has been released.

Aug 25, 2000 On some Linux motherboards, under heavy load, data corruption can occur. This problem has surfaced as random crashes of denzo or scalepack. (HKL workstations were not affected.) If a page fault occurs during a task, switch between kernel on x86 platforms. Consult Red Hat WEB page for details. To fix that problem upgrade to the newest kernel release 2.2.16-3.

Jun 7, 2000 Linux (Red Hat 6.2) version of the HKL package has been released.

Oct 11, 1999 The most recent release of the HKL package, version 1.96, has been placed on our ftp server. Please note that the version 1.96 requires an access file, cr_info, in a new format.
